Crew - Offshore Wind
As a Crew member of a Seacat vessel working on an offshore wind farm you will assist the Master in the day-to-day running of the vessel ensuring that all shipboard operations are conducted within the company Integrated Management System (IMS).
Workboat Crew Member Apprenticeship

The Seacat workboat apprenticeship delivered in association with Isle of Wight College and UKSA, is a two year programme designed to give the apprentice all the skills, knowledge and behaviours to work in the rapidly expanding wind farm sector.
Crew - Workboat Operations
As a Crew member of a Seacat vessel you will assist the Master in workboat operations in the English Channel. General deck work, towing and crowd management experience preferred, but not essential. This work is based in the Kent region.
Fleet Service Engineer
To minimise the risk of vessel breakdowns that impact our customers Fleet Service Engineers work on the vessels during port visits and refit periods to keep all aspects of vessel equipment in running order.
